The CCA Elementary program serves children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Our curriculum was specifically developed to integrate Christian values with a challenging academic program. It is designed to address different learning styles because research has taught us that each student learns in a variety of ways. Our educational program also emphasizes leadership skills, manners, self-discipline and community involvement.
The foundation of our strong, comprehensive curriculum is A Beka Books and Saxon Math.
Champions Christian Academy’s (CCA) Educational Curriculum includes the following subjects:
- Language and Reading
- Spelling
- Handwriting
- Mathematics
- Social Studies
- Science
- Health
- Bible
CCA’s well-rounded curriculum is enriched by various activities including year-round computer basics, library, music and art, sports and numerous field trips.
We also include:
- Daily Praise and Worship and weekly Chapel throughout the entire school year.
- One 9 week session of Art each year, and a total of 9 weeks of instructional music.
- At least two major field trips each school year for all students.
- Elementary students have an opportunity to compete with other Christian Schools at several Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Scholastic Competitions including Science Fair, Math Olympics, Spelling Bee, Creative Writing, and Art Fair. In past years, CCA students have won Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals at these events!
