Summer Camp
Summer Camp for kids in the elementary/middle school building will be offered this year from June 10 through August 2. We have a new format this summer with weekly themes. Information was sent home last week and is now available on the Forms and Information page. If you have questions, please feel free to let us know.
Re-enrollment
Re-enrollment has been very brisk in every grade level. There are only three spots left in Kindergarten. Once it fills up, we cannot guarantee another Kindergarten class will open. Also, we are now enrolling for our second First Grade class. Once this fills up, we will not start another class. If you have already turned in your re-enrollment form, thank you! Early enrollment helps us to plan, purchase, and hire now for the fall. If you are planning to enroll but have not done so yet, we encourage you to complete your enrollment form today. Also, remember that when you refer a family who enrolls, you can earn a $100 tuition credit. So spread the word about CCA. Help grow your school and reduce your tuition at the same time!
Lost and Found
Our Lost & Found box is (literally) overflowing with jackets, hoodies, lunchboxes, hats, etc. Any items not claimed by the close of business on May 31 will be donated to local charities. If your child is missing any item, please check the Lost and Found box and claim your things today.

Each day the Lord pours His unfailing love upon me. Psalm 42.8

Awards Program
Our annual awards program and Kindergarten graduation is scheduled for Thursday, May 30 at 7 p.m. Prek3 children will be singing at this event! Please make plans now to attend and watch folders next week for detailed information on place and time.
Registration for Fall
Please remember that we renew our registration annually. If you plan for your child to be here in the fall, you will need to complete a registration form and pay the $100 Registration Fee. Please be aware that if you do not re-enroll, you could lose your spot in the class. We have a waiting list right now for most preschool classes and plan to enroll these waiting list students as soon as our enrollment numbers drop in the summer. Once these spaces are filled, it may fill all available class spots for the fall. Be assured if you register before May 31 with the $100 Registration Fee, we will guarantee your fall enrollment. So PLEASE take a moment to let us know your plans for summer and fall to ensure you do not lose your place in the class.
Medications
Please remember that medications cannot be kept in classrooms and should not be sent in backpacks. All medications must be signed into the office. We give meds once a day, at noon. We only give meds that are signed in for THAT day. So, for example, if your child is on a 5-day course of antibiotics, you will need to sign it in each day that you want us to give it.
Student Folders: Please check your child’s red folder daily. There is important information in it and this is the best way to keep you informed about what’s going on with your child and CCA.
Snacks
Check your child’s cubby to be sure they have snacks and drinks for the week. Their little tummies are hungry after nap. Snacks that need to be refrigerated are not allowed: (examples are yogurt, milk, lunchables …) Do not send candy for snack.
